Individual organs are independent organ run by the Uyghur PEN Center.
Organ and work scope

1. The independent media-department. Fights for the realization of the fundamental human rights to hear and read one`s mother tongue, and also fights for the fundamental human rights of more than 11 million Uyghur’s around the world to hear and read their tongue.

The independent media-department is made up of:

2. Independent Uyghur web page

The editorial department publishes the publication `` West Wind``, which is an annual literary journal of Uyghur PEN Center.The independent Uyghur publishing centre publishes and distributes books and audio materials with no profit interest.The department for the protection of cultural heritage protects Uyghur culture heritage that has been damaged, forgotten or destroyed.
